Q: What kind of Slideshows/Video Albums do you do?
A: We have done work for all sorts of events. Including but not limited to weddings, graduations, anniversaries, birthdays, & company proposals.
Q: How long does it take to make my Slideshow?
A: As soon as we have all of the information (songs, pictures, digital home movies) it takes 1-2 weeks to put the slideshow together.
Q: Do I have to have a digital file?
A: No, although we can use almost any kind of file. We also can scan in any pictures/images you would like to use.
Q: I’m not from the Grand Forks Area. Can I still have you make my slideshow?
A: Of course! A lot of our clients are not from the area. We have no problems mailing you your slideshow. You are responsible for all shipping costs though.
Q: Can I use a clip from a home movie?
A: Yes, as long as it is a digital file.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, the set-up fee plus 30% is required before we begin work.
Q: Can I get my Slideshow on VHS?
A: Yes, however there is a extra charge for this. Please contact us for pricing.
Q: Can I use copyrighted pictures for my Slideshow?
A: Although your Slideshow is probably for personal use, we do need a copyright release to use any copyrighted/professional pictures
Q: What if the DVD is not compatible in my DVD player?
A: Although our program is compatible in almost every DVD player, there are some older DVD players that it is not. We suggest you request a free copy of our Sample Work to see if it will work for you. If you decide to order your personal Slideshow without first testing the Sample Work and it does not work you are responsible for the cost.
